Shipping policy

Order processing time:

All orders are processed within 3-7 working days (weekends and bank holidays NOT included).

How to know if your order has been shipped yet? You will be receiving a shipping confirmation email - in this email, you will find a tracking number. Parcels are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 for the UK & International Tracked for the rest of the World.

International Shipping:

We currently offer tracked international shipping to the US, Canada, Australia & NZ. Shipping costs vary depending on country. But this is an idea of costs:
Rest of the World Small parcels : up to £16.
US small parcels : up to £20 + 10% Tarrifs.

US customers: as most of you know now, tarrifs need to be paid on all items arriving in the US since the 29th of August 2025. Fortunately, Royal Mail has introduced PDDP and will be covering the cost before the parcels leave the UK. That also means that shipping is much more expensive than other countries, and that is because the 10% tarrifs is added to it.

We do not offer shipping to the EU or NI since the GPSR legislation. Sorry!

If you would like to order from us but your country isn't listed here, please get in touch with us and we'll try to work something out.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any additional customs or import charges that may occur.
Please ensure that all contact information is correct as I cannot be responsible for any errors that may be made once items have been shipped.

Shipping Delays & Issues:

While we do our best to ensure that your delivery arrives in due time, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (for instance: unpredictable weather, customs, taxes, postie strikes etc.). This is completely out of our control and we won't be held responsible for any of it - no refund nor return accepted.

That said : If you haven't received your parcel 3 weeks after it being sent out, please get in touch with us. Or if your parcel (and its content) arrive damaged - send us a picture and we'll see what we can do.
